Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for all marketing-related activities that promotes brand awareness, reputation, and provides a steady flow of sales inquiries.

Detailed responsibilities and duties include:

  • Develop and execute on strategic marketing initiatives and activities that will strengthen the company’s brand.
  • Implement marketing plans that include print, media, and online content.
  • Identify and prioritize marketing objectives, including managing effective marketing events.
  • Manage online branding and communication efforts through the company’s website, mobile, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Direct the design of flyers, direct mail pieces, and other marketing collateral in coordination with the ad agency, technical and sales teams.
  • Conducts research and compiles information regarding existing and prospective clients, competitor activity, and industry or market trends to aid in the development of marketing plans, proposals, and presentations.
  • Represent the company to clients, business associates and industry-related organizations.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field is required
  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing position within the construction industry
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite software applications
  • Strong knowledge in major Social Media platforms and content creation
  • High level of interpersonal skills and willingness to be a collaborative team member
